Inventory assessment

Get a complete inventory of your SharePoint Team (Site collections, Sites, Lists and Libraries, pages, shared files, tasks, file size, documents, custom solutions, and much more) MS Teams< (channel list, public/private channels message, attachment volumes, and group/direct chats message volumes), mailboxes (name of the user mailboxes, folders, etc.,) and OneDrive (files attached to private chat sessions, meeting recordings and organizational document libraries).
Preparing the source and the target tenants
Before kickstarting with the tenant migration, we erase the primary email domain from all the objects in the source tenant. By leveraging the details in the inventory, we estimate the available space in the target tenant and increase licenses to ensure a successful migration from your source tenant. According to the requirement we also create administrator accounts in both the tenants to optimize the data throughput.

Content verification and domain cutover
Once we pre-stage the content in the target tenant for each workload, we execute your final content migration. We reassociate domains from all the source objects to register and validate the domain on the target tenant. This will be followed by reconfiguring the Azure AD Connect to the target tenant. Once done with Azure AD reconfigurations, we disable exchange hybrid connectivity to the source tenant and configure it to your target tenant.
