Job Description

  • Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM Application Suite - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management
  • Experience in CMDB and Discovery Implementation
  • Added advantage Experience with more than one ServiceNow application suites ITOM/ITBM/HR/CSM/SAM etc.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate in a consultative fashion to other team members.
  • Understand the business needs to standardize them into processes
  • Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integration
  • Develop the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests
  • Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Orchestration and Integrations
  • Strong communication, presentation skills. Experience in presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders
  • Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
  • Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policy, Data Policy, ACL ,Scheduled Jobs, workflows, APIs of the ServiceNow system
  • Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CSS, HTML, CMS/Jelly Scripts, Service Portal/AngularJs
  • System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, AJAX, HTTP, REST/SOAP
