Our customer was able to directly send their client’s details from Sales Cloud to Predictive analytics platform for survival analysis.
The status of the order ID in predictive platform was automatically updated in the customer’s Sales Cloud platform. The salespeople were able to get a clear picture of the mortality risk and survival probability of the clients in their Sales Cloud.
