We leveraged Amazon Web Services and integrated our client’s recruitment portal with Salesforce to accelerate and simplify their recruitment processes.

Our client is a leader in providing real estate service in Baytown that specializes in providing mortgages and title insurance. Established in 1998, touches over 12,000 clients per year and has received around 15+ awards for their involvement in the industry.

As the scope of their business needs increased, Client team was looking for new sales agents to work for them. Having opted for Salesforce to meet their business needs, the Client Group wanted to leverage Salesforce to efficiently handle their recruitment process. From receiving the candidate application to managing the onboarding process, our client wanted to build a unified platform in Salesforce through which they can easily organize their HR activities. But they wanted to perform this without causing any interruptions in their business environment and hence decided to restrict the visibility between their recruitment and business activities.
