Our client is a leading manufacturer of mechanical equipment that is used for polishing, dismantling, recycling of precision cutting, and so on. As an add-on service, they offer service of equipment at the doorstep to their customers. Their legacy digital platforms were experiencing scalability issues, performance bottlenecks, and a lack of customer support that is nearing end-of-life. The client addressed these technical glitches and approached AVASOFT for future-proof solutions!
