An extensive inventory analysis of the existing environment was conducted prior to the migration
- Critical and highly used sites were identified and migrated first based on the client confirmation.
- All sites were migrated using AVAMIGRATRON tool without any down time and impact on the end user access.
- To reduce the production down time, we did incremental migration and kept the new site close to real data prior to production roll out.
- All the migration strategy was preplanned and executed as per plan to avoid issues.
