What exactly is CSP (Cloud Solution Provider)?
CSP is Microsoft’s modern licensing program that lets you buy Microsoft 365 and Azure subscriptions directly through partners like us—with more flexibility, better billing options, and added support.
How is CSP different from buying direct from Microsoft?
Direct = list price, no flexibility. CSP = lower cost, flexible billing (monthly/annual), consolidated invoices, and our expert support included.
Do I have to move all my licenses at once?
No. You can start with a pilot (e.g., a few licenses or workloads) and expand when you’re ready.
Can I mix annual and monthly subscriptions?
Yes—you can lock in annual pricing for most users and keep monthly flex licenses for contractors, interns, or seasonal staff.
NCE Billing & Subscription
What are the available billing models under NCE?
There are three billing models: • Month-to-Month – Flexible, cancellable anytime. • Annual Commitment (Monthly Billing) – Annual lock-in, but paid monthly. • Annual Commitment (Annual Billing) – One-time annual payment, most cost-effective.
Can I cancel an annual billing subscription?
No. Annual billing subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded after 7 days from the purchase date.
Can I reduce my license count during the term?
No. License reductions are only allowed at the time of renewal. To request a reduction or deletion, you must notify AVA Software Inc. at least 5 days prior to your renewal date.
Will my pricing change during the subscription term?
Your locked-in term price will remain fixed; however, future renewals may reflect Microsoft’s updated annual price list. AVA Software Inc. may offer additional discounts at its sole discretion.
When will I receive my invoice?
Invoices are generated and shared during the first week of every month.
